Get a Taster Lesson

In this first lesson, founder of Jericho Writers, Harry Bingham dives into what goes into writing a memorable & marketable novel. You will focus on the elevator pitch of your novel, distilling your idea into a single sentence so that you can be sure that your novel with stay in the minds of readers and agents alike.

In this second lesson, you’ll dive into the subject of settings, with Harry showing you the different types of settings, how settings really aren’t that different to character and how to use description to make them feel believable. You’ll finish the lesson being able to world-build with confidence.

In this third lesson, Harry will show you how to take the character work you’ve already done and dive even deeper, enhancing your novel in the process.

In this fourth lesson, you’ll be taught how to improve your writing in the most basic (but oftentimes, trickiest to learn) way. That’s right, we’re talking about prose.

In this fifth lesson, you’ll explore some issues you might run into with your plot and story, and Harry will give actionable advice on how to go about fixing them.

In the last lesson, Harry will tackle the tricky topic of self-editing with you. You’ll leave the course with an actionable plan of how to take your novel from good to great.
