Simply fill out the form below, and upload your short story manuscript!
Try and give us as much information as possible when filling out the form – it will help us get the best editor for your manuscript. For example, if you’re submitting to a competition, include the name of the competition and any requirements. If your short stories are a collection, make sure to explain that so the editor can consider the stories individually and as a collective.
Once your manuscript has been received we’ll match your work with a professional book editor. We’ll be in touch within 5 days to confirm which editor you’ll be working with. If you’ve not heard from us within that time, then feel free to get in touch.

Upload your documents
To complete the submission form, you will need to do the following:
- Tell us about your project, including working title, genre/s, wordcount, your level of experience, and whether your stories are part of a collection.
- List your editor preferences (up to 5 editors) on the submission form. You can take a look at the editor bios here.
- Prepare any questions or specific areas you would like the editor to pay close attention to. Our team will get in touch to discuss them if we have any questions.
- Upload your manuscript as a Word document. It should have page numbers, double spaced lines, and use an easy-to-read font like Times New Roman, in size 12. You are welcome to use page breaks to mark a new chapter and indent your paragraphs.
