For Valentine’s, we’ll be selecting excerpts that focus on relationships between characters. To keep it as open as possible to all genres, you don’t need to be writing pure romance (although we’d love those submissions). Just show us work with strong emotion between characters — whether it’s platonic, romantic, or a straight-up argument, let’s see those words.

To help us, we’re joined this month by Rowan Coleman, the Sunday Times bestselling and award-winning author of 16 epic romance novels, who also writes romantic comedy under the name Stella Hayward.
