BOOK COVER DESIGN
Needing a lead to a good book cover designer for a contemporary speculative adventure novel. Any help very much appreciated.

Thank you Stuart. I just bought a pre-designed cover and quite like it. At least it gives me some sense of direction. I would be pleased to hear peoples’ comments, if any. Here it is . . .

I agree with Rose. I was certainly drawn more to the cover on the left, and she’s right. It immediately made me pose questions.

It was a choice between two covers. Each showed one aspect of the story. I wonder which you would prefer. Here they are, side by side.

I think the first one is more impressive as it has action in it and poses questions that will arouse people’s curiosity enough to pick it up in the bookshop, especially if they are speculative fans.
