\r\n I can’t find my booking link.<\/span>\r\n Your booking link was included in your confirmation email. If you\u2019re having trouble tracking it down, get in touch with us by email.<\/span>\r\n<\/p>\n\n

\r\n I can’t book my session.<\/span>\r\n If you\u2019re experiencing an issue then let us know which agent and which time slot you would like to book.<\/span>\r\n<\/p>\n\n

\r\n I can’t upload my files.<\/span>\r\n Check that your files are Word documents and follow the formatting instructions on your booking page. If you continue to experience issues, please send your files to us by email.<\/span>\r\n<\/p>\n\n

\r\n My agent didn’t ring me.<\/span>\r\n Make sure you\u2019ve turned off any active \u2018do not disturb\u2019 settings on your phone. We recommend allowing fifteen minutes of leeway in case of a delay. If you still have not received your call after this time, please get in touch.<\/span>\r\n<\/p>\n\n

After purchasing a session, use the booking link in your confirmation email to book a date and time with the agent of your choice. All times listed on the booking page are given in 24-hour UK time (GMT, UTC+0). Leave fifteen minutes of leeway to account for any delays in the agent\u2019s schedule.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Your session will be held over the phone, using the number provided at checkout. You will need to upload three separate Word documents: your query letter, your synopsis, and the first 5,000 words of your manuscript. You can upload these via your booking page. How can I cancel my session?<\/h3>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n

If you have booked a session with an agent, please email 121@jerichowriters.com<\/a> no later than two weeks before your session. Depending on your preference, we can either issue a refund (if permitted under our Terms and Conditions<\/a>) or leave your booking vacant until you are ready to book again. Since we need sufficient time to re-sell your session you will not be entitled to a refund or re-booking if you cancel after the two-week deadline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you have purchased but not yet booked your session, please email\u00a0121@jerichowriters.com<\/a> to request a refund. Unbooked sessions are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Agent One-to-One sessions may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. These recordings will be stored securely by the responsible Jericho Writers officer for up to 30 days and may only be accessed if Jericho Writers has a legitimate reason to do so. After 30 days call recordings are automatically deleted. No, call recordings of agent one-to-one sessions will not be made available. Instead, we recommend taking down plenty of notes during the session to help you refer back to the feedback you received.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

New Agent One-to-One Sessions are added to the website every two months with the update taking place on the first Monday of the month, though we may release sessions as and when agents express their availability to us. You can check the\u00a0Agent One-to-One page<\/a>\u00a0for a list of agents participating in the service in a given season, along with their current availabilities. If most of the agents on the list are sold out, that’s usually a good sign that new sessions are due to drop soon, but you can get in touch at\u00a0121@jerichowriters.com<\/a>\u00a0if you would like to check.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
