How do I register for an event?<\/h3>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n

Go to the Programme page and click \u2018register\u2019 next to the event you\u2019d like to attend live. You\u2019ll receive a confirmation email (check your junk for this) and another email 15 minutes before the event starts with a link to the live room.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

We recommend using an ethernet cable when possible. You can always \u2018refresh\u2019 the feed using the button on the screen. Failing this, the session moderator should be able to help you. Our online event platform, WebinarJam, works best on Google Chrome.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

No. We use a professional webinar platform that\u2019s different to apps such as Zoom. You\u2019ll be able to chat to the speaker using instant messenger and see comments from everyone else watching, but they won\u2019t be able to see or hear you. This makes for a cleaner and less distracting event \u2013 an also lets you watch comfortably in your pyjamas!<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

With so many events happening this summer, you\u2019re bound to miss a few live. Thankfully, we\u2019ll be recording all sessions and popping the replays up for free, for all ticket-holders. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

These will be uploaded as soon as possible after the event and will be available for you to replay as often as you wish until 30 September 2021. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes. Live sessions take place via a webinar platform, where you can interact with the speaker and other delegates via an instant-messenger-style chat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For some of our more popular events, a member of our team will pick questions from this chat to ask the presenter. For others, like workshops, the presenter themselves will keep an eye on what\u2019s being said. This will depend on the format of the event. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many of our events have hundreds of people watching at a time and we are unable to get through all the questions in an hour.  A member of the Jericho team is always in the chat and will be able to answer some of your specific questions there.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
