Nicole graduated from Columbia University in the City of New York in 2004 with a degree in English Language and Literature.<\/p>\n

Nicole began her literary career as a researcher and writer for Stephen J. Dubner (one half of the Freakonomics duo), then worked in the fiction department at Esquire while freelancing for various outlets, including Esquire, Wired, Glamour, and Time Out New York, where she had a regular column.<\/p>\n

Nicole began agenting at International Creative Management in 2009 as an Assistant Agent, working under literary agent Heather Schroder. During her time there, she worked with such writers as Candace Bushnell, Ben Fountain, Amanda Hesser, Kim Severson, Tamar Adler, and Tom Bissell.<\/p>\n

Nicole joined Kuhn Projects in 2012 as a Literary Agent, where she worked with Marina Abramovic, Isaac Mizrahi, Tavi Gevinson + Rookie Magazine, Charles Blow, Zac Posen, and Rosie Perez.
