Alice (she\/her) has been agenting for eight years. In 2020, she set up ASH Literary, and since, has helped launch the careers of Jennifer Iacopelli, Ravena Guron, Harry Woodgate, Sandhya Prabhat, and Katie Cottle, to name a few. She is passionate about uplifting marginalised communities in the industry and creating an inclusive agency where creators feel safe to do their best work.<\/p>\n
Alice graduated from the University of South Wales in 2011 with a BA in Creative Sound and Music. She worked in various positions in the creative and literary industries from 2010 to 2014, including Intern at The Media Eye, Deputy Film Editor at The 405, Head Editor at Never Enough Notes, and Bookseller at Waterstones. Alice became a Literary Assistant at The Agency (London) Ltd. in 2014, where she negotiated multiple UK deals and helped sell rights across the world in titles including A Kestrel For A Knave, the Paddington books and Malorie Blackman’s books.
