Gail founded and was the President of the Gail Ross Literary Agency in 2008, which became the Ross Yoon Agency in 2010 when Howard Yoon joined as Principal, and she remains the agency’s President. The Ross Yoon Agency is a literary agency that specialises in literary and commercial fiction and serious nonfiction on a variety of topics: everything from memoir and history and biography to popular science, business, and psychology. Their clients include CEOs, top doctors, Pulitzer Prize-winning journalists, academics, politicos, and radio and television personalities. Gail is also a partner and media lawyer at Trister, Ross, Schadler, and Gold PLLC, both in Washington DC, where she advises individuals, companies, and non-profits on copyrights, publishing, new media, and licensing.
