Rita Rosenkranz had a successful career in editing in major New York Publishing houses including Random House, Scribner’s and Outlet before establishing herself as a literary agent in the early 1990’s. Much of Rita’s interest and expertise relate to adult non-fiction titles and this is evident in her portfolio which is almost entirely dedicated to representing adult non-fiction work. She has a keen eye for the novel and welcomes submissions from projects that tackle niche subjects or approach old hat topics in exciting new ways. As an agent, she is very active in seeking out new talent and has represented New York Times bestselling authors such as Cami Walker who wrote 29 Gifts: How a Month of Giving Can Change Your Life <\/i>as well as authors such as Jessica Maxwell who won the 2010 Gold Nautilus Award for her book Roll Around Heaven: An All-true Spiritual Adventure<\/i>.
