Francesca started her career in publishing at the Royal National Institute of Blind People where she transcribed books into accessible formats. After realising her interest in publishing, she joined HarperCollins as a digital assistant in 2011. She then spent over a decade working in various digital publishing roles at Constable & Robinson, Atlantic Books and Canelo, including a senior position as Sales and Marketing Director at Canelo from 2018 to 2023. She was recognised as a Bookseller Rising Star in 2017.<\/p>\n
