Caitlin grew up overseas and graduated from Columbia University in 2010 with a BA in Creative Writing (Fiction). She received the Dean’s List twice and the Robbins Fund Grant for Independent Senior Thesis in Creative Writing; while studying there, she was Secretary and President of the Science Fiction Society.<\/p>\n

Caitlin began her literary career in 2009 as an Editorial Intern for the Macmillan imprint Tor\/Forge Books, later becoming a Freelance Reader there. After graduating, she became an Assistant Literary Agent to George Nicholson at Sterling Lord Literistic in 2011, where she was promoted to Associate Agent in 2013.
