Sylvie grew up in Newton, Massachusetts and the San Francisco Bay area. She has a B.A in History from Stanford University and completed the Columbia Publishing Course. After graduating, Sylvie worked as a Member Services Associate for PinnacleCare, where she worked with a team of doctors and nurses to provide client services for members. She has also interned for John Garamendi D-CA (a United States Representative) in Washington D.C. Sylvie relocated to New York for a few years when she started working for Flecther and Co. where she worked with agency clients including Eric Ries, Chip and Dan Heath, Bob Sutton, Gretchen Rubin, Claire Shipman and Katty Kay, IDEO, and Ron Lieber. <\/p>\n

Sylvie now lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and young daughter. She founded The Carr Agency in 2020. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
