Nelle Andrew has a BA from Warwick University in English with Creative Writing and an MPhil from Trinity College Dublin in Creative Writing with Publishing. She worked at Pan Macmillan before joining PFD, where she worked for eleven years. In 2020 she joined RML and is currently working on building her list. A published author herself (under Nelle Davy), she is particularly interested in debut novels and launching talented fiction writers into what she hopes will be long and productive careers. She helped to build the Lucy Cavendish Fiction Prize for Unpublished Authors into one of the most eminent prizes for unpublished voices, and sat on the original board for The Sunday Times\/PFD Young Writer’s Award.<\/p>\n

Nelle was a Bookseller Rising Star in 2016 and was shortlisted for Agent of the Year in 2018. She was crowned Literary Agent of the Year in 2021 at the Nibbies – The Bookseller Awards; the most prestigious accolade for a literary agent in the UK.
