David co-founded two other agencies, Collins McCormick and McCormick & Williams, before branching out on his own to launch McCormick Literary. David became a literary agent in 1998, where he joined IMG Literary. Prior to this, he worked as an editor for prestigious companies, such as The New Yorker and Texas Monthly. Through his experience, David has gained valuable knowledge and insight that he has been able to utilise in his position as a literary agent.<\/p>\n
