Ms. Eth started her career working in the Story Departments of Warner Bros. and Palomar Pictures. After leaving the film industry Ms. Eth became a senior agent at Writers House Inc, NY, where she worked for 9 years, handling her own list of clients as well as overseeing paperback, serial, and movie sales for low scale publishers that the agency represented, amongst which were 10 Speed Press and Chronicle Books. Whilst working at Writers House Inc., Ms. Eth helped launch the careers of Armistead Maupin, Octavia Butler, and Steven Dixon.<\/p>\n

Ms. Eth relocated to California and worked as the WestCoast acquiring editor for St. Martin’s Press, NY. She then left to start her own agency based in the Bay Area with offices in San Francisco and Palo Alto, utilizing her LA contacts.
