Caitlin grew up overseas and graduated from Columbia University in 2010 with a BA in Creative Writing (Fiction). She received the Dean’s List twice and the Robbins Fund Grant for Independent Senior Thesis in Creative Writing; while studying there, <\/span>she was Secretary and President of the Science Fiction Society.<\/p>\n

Caitlin began her literary career in 2009 as an Editorial Intern for the Macmillan imprint Tor\/Forge Books, later becoming a Freelance Reader there. After graduating, she became an Assistant Literary Agent to George Nicholson at Sterling Lord Literistic in 2011, where she was promoted to Associate Agent in 2013. Caitlin moved to the Donald Maas Literary Agency in 2015, where she currently works. <\/p>\n

Caitlin is a member of the AAR and attends such writers’ conferences as the Maryland Writers Conference, Worldcon, the Colorado Writing Workshop, and the Boston <\/span>Writing Workshop.<\/p>\n

Caitlin offers query letter reviews via her website as well as other services through her partnership with the Manuscript Academy.
