Andrew James has worked as an editor across academic, educational, professional, trade and children’s books for over 12 years and is deeply passionate about queer representation in publishing and publishing LGBTQIA+ stories and voices. Andrew founded Frog Literary Agency in 2023. He was formerly Editorial Director at Jessica Kingsley Publishers where he established their market-leading LGBTQIA+ publishing. He is also the former co-Chair of the Hachette Pride Employee Network.<\/p>\n

In 2018, Andrew was selected as a Rising Star by The Bookseller and he was shortlisted for the London Book Fair Trailblazer Award in 2017.
