Jordan graduated from The New School in New York with a BFA in Literature, Anthropology and Theatre; she completed her final year thesis on The Culture of Children’s Theatre.<\/p>\n

Jordan began her career as an Editorial Intern for Tor Books and later a Publicity Intern for Henry Holt & Company. She progressed to Editorial Assistant then an Assistant Editor at Grosses Dunlap\/Price Stern Sloan with The Penguin Group USA, and later an Associate Editor also with the Penguin Group USA. Jordan moved to Egmont and became an Editor in 2013. Later progressing to Editorial Director with Adaptive Studios, and a Senior Editor for the children’s division at Insight Editions.
