She opened the first concept store in Dublin, where she curated and sold collections by international avant-garde designers alongside works of art, beautiful objects, and extracts from her favourite writers written on big panels hanging on the walls&#8230; Even then literature played an important role&#8230;She loves the fusion of the arts&#8230; It was years later that Marianne fell into the literary world; her college friend and author Niall Williams gave her his first manuscript, <i>Four Letters of Love<\/i>, and following her heart and connection she very quickly got it published, translated, and adapted for film.
