A graduate of Queens College, Adriana has a BA in Comparative Literature and Spanish. She also studied for an MA in Comparative Literature and Spanish and graduated from The Graduate Center, City University of New York. Adriana has over twenty years of experience in the publishing industry, beginning her career as a Senior Editor with Scholastic Inc, she then worked as a Children’s Review Editor for Criticas Magazine, and an Executive Editor with HarperCollins Children’s Books and Rayo. She later worked as a Freelance Consultant with Baker & Taylor, and a Books Reviews Editor with Mamiverse.com.<\/p>\n

Adriana co-founded the Comadres and Compadres Writers Conference and became a literary agent in 2009 with Full Circle Literary.
