Broo has worked in publishing for the last twenty years. She started as a production assistant at Victor Gollancz and then moved to Hodder and Stoughton for a brief period. She joined Transworld as an editor for the Bantam Press imprint, where she was involved with authors such as David Gemmell, Anthony Holden and Jilly Cooper. As the editorial director of Gregory and Company she advised leading writers in the area of crime and women’s commercial fiction. Broo then joined Robin Wade in 2004 at the Wade & Doherty Literary Agency. In late 2013 she moved to the DHH Literary Agency.<\/p>\n
