Access

If you have any specific access needs you’d like to discuss, our team will be happy to help. Get in touch on info@jerichowriters.com or call us on +44 (0)345 459 9560.

We’ve specifically chosen the University venue for its accessibility. Buildings are linked with ramps and the majority of sessions take place on the ground floor. All public access buildings have lifts and disabled toilets. If you are booking accommodation, please let us know your needs at the time of booking so we can accommodate these.

The main lecture halls have hearing loops installed and have been checked by the University for accessibility. For any other issues, our staff will always be on hand to help.

We understand that conferences of this kind can be overwhelming for those who suffer with anxiety or learning disabilities. We endeavor to offer all attendees a dedicated ‘safe space’ if needed – just alert a member of staff for guidance. Please let us know at the time of booking if you have any concerns or issues that we can help with.
